1. Who We Are

GS Funding ("[Company]," "we," "us," or "our") is a commercial loan brokerage. We help business owners identify potential commercial and SBA financing options by connecting them with licensed lenders. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.

This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our pre-qualification form at LightingFastFunding.com (the "Site").

2. Information We Collect

When you submit the pre-qualification form, we collect two categories of information:

Contact information (retained if you qualify):

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• State where your business operates

Financial qualifier information (used for calculation only — not stored):

• Annual gross revenue (self-reported)
• Total existing business debt (self-reported)
• Reason for Loan
• Requested loan amount
• Time in business
• Business structure and industry

We also automatically collect standard technical information including your IP address, browser type, and the advertising source that brought you to our Site (UTM parameters), for security and attribution purposes.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, personal income figures, bank account numbers, or any other personal financial account information. We do not pull credit reports.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit for the following purposes:

• Pre-qualification determination: Your financial figures are processed by our system to determine whether your business meets the general criteria of our lending partners. This calculation occurs automatically and the figures are discarded immediately after.
• Lender referral (if you qualify): If your submission passes our pre-qualification criteria, we share your name, email address, phone number, and advertising source with a lending partner who may be able to help you.
• Communication: We or our lending partners may contact you by phone or email regarding your financing inquiry, subject to the consent you provided on the form.
• Security and fraud prevention: We use technical data including IP addresses to detect and prevent abuse of our form.

4. Information We Do Not Retain

The following information is processed in real time and immediately discarded upon completion of our pre-qualification determination:

• Annual gross revenue
• Total business debt
• Business structure and time in business
• Loan purpose

This information is transmitted to our secure processing system over an encrypted connection, evaluated, and deleted. It is not written to any database, log file, email, or third-party system.

5. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Lending partners: If your submission qualifies, we share your name, contact information, and advertising source with one or more lending institutions who have expressed interest in the type of financing you requested. These lenders operate under their own privacy policies and are independently responsible for how they handle your information.
• Service providers: We use third-party services to operate our Site, including email delivery (SendGrid) and security (Cloudflare). These providers process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for other purposes.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or any other third party.

6. Advertising and Tracking

Our Site does not use browser-based advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel or X Pixel). We use server-side conversion tracking only, which sends a hashed version of your email address to advertising platforms for attribution purposes. This means we do not place cookies on your device for advertising purposes.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for security verification. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

7. Data Security

All information transmitted between your browser and our systems is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Our pre-qualification processing system is hosted on Amazon Web Services and operates in a serverless environment with access controls limiting who can view configuration and logs. System logs retain only non-identifying operational data (event timestamps and pass/fail results) and are purged within 3 days.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You may request a description of the personal information we hold about you.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your contact information from our records. Note that if your information has already been shared with a lending partner, you must also contact that partner directly.
• Opt-out of communications: You may opt out of further communications from us by replying "STOP" to any text message or clicking unsubscribe in any email.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10 below.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Notice.
